It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of enlarging the appellant's time to perfect the "appeals" to the February 2011 term, in order to afford the appellant an opportunity to move in the trial court to reconstruct the transcript. The Court notes that the movant is not yet subject to incarceration. Accordingly, this application insofar as it seeks a continuation of the stay is denied.
