Application by the respondent Malen & Assoc., P.C. pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on separate appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 16, 2009, and an order of the same court entered May 26, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent Malen & Assoc., P.C. to serve and file briefs on separate appeals from the judgment of entered January 16, 2009, and the order entered May 26, 2009, is enlarged until November 15, 2010, and the briefs of the respondent Malen & Assoc., P.C. must be served and filed on or before that date.
