ORDERED that the order on certification of this court dated August 11, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which assigned counsel to the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 27, 2008, is amended by deleting the address for Kenneth M. Tuccillo, Esq., "251 E. 61st Street, New York, New York 10021," and substituting therefor the address "14 Edgewood Avenue, Heights on Hudson, New York 10706."
