DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 12, 2010, for leave to reargue her prior motion for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated August 12, 2010. Separate motion by the respondent pro se to dismiss the appeal, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
