| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 31, 2010, and October 4, 2010, to stay enforcement of the order dated August 31, 2010, as well as enforcement of stated portions of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 30, 2007, on condition that the appellant pay the respondent the sum of $2,000 per month in maintenance, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
