2010-08868 In the Matter of Jodi A. Villanti, respondent, v Christopher A. Thompson, appellant. (Docket No. V-14123/02)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Christopher A. Thompson from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 3, 2010.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order of the Family Court in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3, and leave to appeal has not been granted (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
FISHER, J.P., DILLON, FLORIO and LOTT, JJ., concur.
