Motion by defendant for an enlargement of time to file a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Village of Florida, Orange County, dated January 4, 2010, for a stay pending the determination of the appeal and for related relief. Separate motion by defendant for an enlargement of time to file reply papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for the purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for an enlargement of time to file reply papers is granted and the reply papers are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for an enlargement of time to file a notice of appeal, for a stay, and for other relief is denied (see CPLR 5513 [a]).
