Motion by appellant to continue a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 7, 2010. Separate motion by respondent to vacate the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by appellant to continue the stay contained in the order of this court dated August 4, 2010 is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by respondent to vacate the stay contained in the order of this court dated August 4, 2010 is granted.
