| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Barbara Law Firm, the attorney for the petitioner-respondent, for leave to withdraw as counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 27, 2010, and to adjourn a motion by Joy E. Jorgensen, Esq., the attorney for the children, to be relieved and for the assignment of a new attorney for the children.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw as counsel is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to adjourn the motion by Joy E. Jorgensen, Esq., is granted, and the return date of the motion is adjourned until November 15, 2010.
