Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and other relief.

Upon the papers in support of said motion and no papers having been submitted in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that defendant is granted permission to proceed as a poor person and the motion is otherwise denied.

The appeal may be perfected in accordance with section 800.14 of Rules of Practice (22 NYCRR 800.14). The County Court Clerk of Warren County is directed to furnish to appellant, or appellant's counsel, one copy of the transcripts of the stenographic minutes of all proceedings in the matter, except those portions which appellant or the criminal court determines are unnecessary for perfection of the appeal, and except minutes of the Grand Jury unless otherwise made available at trial, and to forward the other copy to the Clerk of this Court pursuant to section 800.4(c) of the Rules of Practice.
