It is Ordered that the motion to consolidate the appeals from the June 14, 2010 and August 18, 2010 orders from the Civil Court is granted. The appeals may proceed on one set of records and one set of briefs. The respondent's cross motion to dismiss petitioner's appeals is granted unless all the appeals are perfected by the February 2011 term - the filing deadline is December 15, 2010. In the event of petitioner's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the respondent may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeals.
