Motion by the appellants to stay their eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 20, 2010.

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the order to show cause dated September 9, 2010, and annexed papers upon all of the parties specified in the order to show cause.
