| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Assumpta Fallon for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated September 1, 2010, an order to show cause of the same court dated September 7, 2010, and an undated writ of habeas corpus of the same court, and, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
