ORDERED that its order on certification dated September 24, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated July 13, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph the address and telephone number "552 Tompkins Avenue Staten Island, N.Y. 10305, 718-420-9500" and substituting therefor the address and telephone number "1010 Seminole Road, Glenville, N.Y. 12302, 917-535-2479".
