Separate applications by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered July 1, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-07278), and two judgments of the same court both entered October 16, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-10504 and 2009-10519).
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 1, 2010, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
