Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated July 27, 2010, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, and to stay enforcement of a certain order of commitment, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
