Motion by appellant to reinstate and continue a stay contained in an order of this court dated February 4, 2010 pending the determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered December 1, 2009. Motion by respondent for an enlargement of time to file opposing papers. Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to file reply papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for an enlargement of time to file opposing papers is granted and the opposing papers are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for an enlargement of time to file reply papers is granted and the reply papers are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to reinstate and continue the stay contained in the order of this court dated February 4, 2010 is denied.
