Motion by assigned counsel, Jason Bassett, Esq., to be relieved of representing appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered February 8, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and ANNA MARTIN, ESQ. located at 250 MONTAUK HIGHWAY, EAST MORICHES, NEW YORK 11940 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,
