Petitioner-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 17, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Carmen Coleman, sworn to October 6, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Brett C. Granville, Esq., dated October 21, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes an affidavit setting forth the status of all businesses for which appellant has filed a certificate of doing business under an assumed name, and describing the manner in which appellant supports herself and meets her expenses.
