An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on February 2, 2010, and an application having been made for substitution of counsel as attorney for the children Tonajia L.L.G., Cierra C.C., and Precious G.K.,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Deborah K. Jessey, Esq., sworn to October 20, 2010, and the affirmation of Charles D. Halvorsen, Esq., dated October 20, 2010,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Jennifer M. Lorenz, Esq., 75 Elm Place, Lancaster, New York 14086-2202, is hereby assigned as attorney for the children Tonajia L.L.G., Cierra C.C., and Precious G.K., and
It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 6, 2010, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
