Motion by the respondent Augustin Ambrus to stay depositions and the filing of a note of issue by a date certain in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 5, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and depositions and the filing of a note of issue by a date certain in the above-entitled action are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
