Motion by Baygold Associates, Inc., and Monsey Park Home for Adults, inter alia, to stay Congregation Yetev Lev of Monsey, Inc., from taking any steps to "impair or impede" its rights, such as evicting it from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 10, 2010, and a judgment of the same court dated May 3, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
