Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 16, 2010, as directs him to pay the sum of $3,500 to the respondent's attorney pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal, and, in effect, for summary reversal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
