Motion by the appellants Starrett City, Inc., Starrett City Associates, L.P., and Grenadier Realty Company to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 12, 2010. Separate motion by the appellant Payless Shoesource, Inc., to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
