Motion by Kevin Le on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, IDV Part, Rockland County, entered February 25, 2009, inter alia, to release the sum of $25,000, or a portion thereof, which is being held in escrow and stayed from being distributed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 18, 2009, as amended by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 25, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
