| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 15, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-07602), and August 14, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-01016), respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from the order dated May 15, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-07602), and two orders of the same court both dated August 14, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2010-09053, 2010-09054), respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to consolidate the appeals are denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals are granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until December 6, 2010, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
