| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 19, 2010, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 14, 2010, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of stated portions of the order, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before November 15, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated October 14, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "November 15, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "November 29, 2010"; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extensions shall be granted.
