Application by the appellant Susan Sherwood pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated January 27, 2010, to enlarge the time to perfect her appeal. The appellant David A. Hansell perfected his appeal by serving and filing a joint record and his brief on October 22, 2010.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the appellant Susan Sherwood to perfect her appeal is enlarged until November 22, 2010, and brief of the appellant Susan Sherwood must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before December 27, 2010.
