On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 23, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the defendant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 14, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "Richmond County" and substituting therefor the words "Kings County."
