Court's own motion to relieve assigned counsel and assign new counsel to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County, rendered August 18, 2010.
ORDERED that the motion is granted, that assigned counsel, Robert Schuster, Esq., is relieved of representing appellant on the appeal, and that CLEMENT S. PATTI, JR., ESQ. located at 470 MAMARONECK AVENUE, WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK 10605 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,
ORDERED that Robert Schuster, Esq., shall provide new counsel with all papers; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously.
