| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents, in effect, to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 19, 2010, pending determination by the Supreme Court, Nassau County, of a motion to vacate the order entered March 19, 2010, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to hold the appeal in abeyance is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 27, 2010, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
