Motion by Old Williamsburg Candle Corp. to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 1, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-11335), and February 11, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-02511), respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
