Application by Marcie Sue Friedland, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 25, 1984, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Marcie Sue Mintz.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Marcie Sue Friedland to Marcie Sue Mintz, effective immediately.
