Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 15, 2010, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and for poor person relief.

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the order to show cause of this Court dated October 15, 2010.
