| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by Matthew Reuben Leichter, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 13, 2010, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Matt Leichter.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Matthew Reuben Leichter to Matt Leichter, effective immediately.
