Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for continuation of bail.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and operation of the stay of execution of judgment and release on bail is continued until determination of the appeal, provided the appeal is perfected by January 10, 2011. It is noted that no further continuation of the bail order will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
