Appellant having moved to expedite the appeal taken herein from the order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on May 25, 2010 (Appeal No. 2), or, in the alternative, to adjourn oral argument on the appeal taken herein from the order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on August 10, 2009 (Appeal No. 1),

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to expedite Appeal No. 2 is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument on Appeal No. 1 is granted, and Appeal No. 1 is removed from this Court's day calendar for December 8, 2010, and added to this Court's day calendar for January 20, 2011.
