Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 13, 2009, to substitute Lyla Abramson, Temporary Administrator of the Estate of Herbert Abramson, for the deceased appellant Herbert Abramson.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Lyla Abramson, Temporary Administrator of the Estate of Herbert Abramson, is substituted for the deceased appellant Herbert Abramson, and the caption is amended accordingly.
