ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 9, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County dated March 16, 2010, and an order of the same court entered May 10, 2010, is amended by deleting from the last decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 10, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "January 10, 2011."
