| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Daquan W. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 1, 2010. By order to show cause dated October 5, 2010, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving counsel assigned by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 28, 2010, to perfect the appeal on behalf of the appellant on the ground that counsel has been unable to contact the appellant, and dismissing the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, and no papers having been filed in response to the order to show cause, it is
ORDERED that the assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
