Application by Barbara Yandell, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 9, 2010, to substitute Barbara Yandell, as executor of the Estate of William T. Yandell, for the deceased petitioner William T. Yandell.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and Barbara Yandell, as executor of the Estate of William T. Yandell, is substituted for the deceased petitioner William T. Yandell, and the caption is amended accordingly.
