| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondents Gladys Carrion and John Franklin pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 7, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondents Gladys Carrion and John Franklin to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 6, 2010, and the brief of the respondents Gladys Carrion and John Franklin must be served and filed on or before that date.
