On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 15, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered August 30, 2007, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 14, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "January 14, 2011."
