Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenberg, Westchester County, entered June 10, 2010, to continue a stay contained in an order of this court dated August 9, 2010, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper papers.
