The People of the State of New York, Plaintiff, v George Hom, Defendant.

Application by defendant pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this court from orders of the District Court of Nassau County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, entered July 15, 2010 and August 2, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper proof of service.

Defendant has failed to submit a proper affidavit of service indicating the address to which the papers were served and the party to whom they were addressed.
