DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 17, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-00074), and four orders of the same court dated January 7, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-02396), June 1, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-07799), July 6, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-07800), and July 12, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-07801), respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the judgment entered August 17, 2009, and the order dated January 7, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the judgment entered August 17, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-00074), and the order dated January 7, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-02396), is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 18, 2011, and the record or the appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
