| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 18, 2005. Application by the appellant for leave to file a supplemental pro se reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Clerk of the Court, or his designee, shall append the following exhibits to the copies of the supplemental pro se briefs filed with the Court: (1) transcript of the recorded conversation constituting People's Exhibit 27, (2) jury notes constituting Court Exhibits 3 through 10; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application for leave to file a supplemental pro se reply brief is denied.
