Motion by the respondent County of Nassau to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated October 2, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time of the respondent County of Nassau to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 2, 2010, and the brief of the respondent County of Nassau must be served and filed on or before that date.
