Motion by Thomas Liotti, in effect, to hold in abeyance appeals from seven orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 12, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-05740), August 19, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-08679), November 3, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-10645), February 6, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-05736), March 27, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-04160), June 22, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-10304), and August 12, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-08420), respectively, to direct the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District to divulge certain "papers, records and documents" and to direct the Office of Court Administration to furnish him with a certain retainer statement and file receipt.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
