ORDERED that its decision and order on application dated November 17, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted an application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 19, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto", and substituting therefor the words "and the papers filed in relation thereto".
